Why my tracking is not working?

In case your tracking number is causing problems, it could mean a package got separated from your order. Wait for all items to arrive and contact us if there are discrepancies. For damaged packages, contact the carrier for help.

How do I change the delivery schedule for my packages with FedEx and DHL?

If the scheduled delivery time is not convenient, consult the InfoNotice for potential rescheduling options. You can either leave instructions for the driver or utilize the carrier's website to adjust the delivery details.

International Shipping:

Buy Tech Hub uses DHL and FedEx International for worldwide shipping. Customers must pay for any customs and duties on their orders.

Shipping to APO or FPO Addresses:

Buy Tech Hub is able to deliver to APO and FPO addresses, but delivery time for these orders can vary between 5 to 7 working days due to restrictions. Your understanding and patience are appreciated.

Cut-Off Shipping times:

Orders placed by 2pm PST will be sent out on the same day, with those placed after this time being shipped out the next day.

Delivery Choices with deadlines:

• Quick Arrival (3-5 Days): Only available in the U.S. Orders need to be placed before 2 p.m. PST.

·         Faster 2-Day Option: Available in the U.S., final orders must be placed by 2 p.m. PST for those in a hurry.

·         Next-Day Standard: Orders within the U.S. must be completed by 2 p.m. PST for next-day delivery.

·         Priority Next-Day: Need it quicker? Receive it before 10:30 a.m. the following day in the U.S. Verify your purchase by 2 p.m. PST.

·         Global Deliveries: International shipping is available through FedEx International and DHL. The cut-off time is 2 p.m. PST.

·         Weekend Arrival: Ensure your order is placed by 12 p.m. PST on Friday to have Saturday delivery choices available.
